Score shortlisted CRMs against **weighted requirements** with **evidence confidence** and **must-have gates**.

This is **not** a Pass / Fail checklist. The [Evaluation Checklist](/resources/crm-evaluation-checklist/) captures demo/trial evidence. This scorecard turns that evidence into comparable 1–5 scores. **N/E** = not enough evidence (do not treat as silent zero)

SAMPLE weights in Excel are labelled **SAMPLE — REPLACE WITH YOUR OWN** and sum to 100%.

### Must-have gates

PASS · FAIL · UNKNOWN  

A failed true must-have **disqualifies** — it is never averaged into the weighted total.

### Confidence

HIGH · MEDIUM · LOW · UNKNOWN on every scored cell.
